As Manager of Publications and Graphic Design at IU South Bend it's one of my key responsibilities to work with our Admissions Office to produce a suite of materials aimed at increasing enrollment.
Some examples include folders, undergraduate viewbook (which is available to flip through under Publications), search piece, a variety of direct mail postcards targeted at inquiries, student housing pieces that showcase floor plans, theme housing, etc.
I worked with the Ernestine M. Raclin School of the Arts to create a line of "Born to be" posters that would be distributed to area high school guidance counselors to post for interested junior or senior students.
The full line of over-sized posters included five different themes. Each one represented a different area in the arts. The posters were designed to have perforated pull-off tabs along the bottom of each poster that would then have the website and phone number to call for additional information.
