I’m a strategic thinker that believes a brand is the entire customer journey and every touchpoint along the way. Personalized and tailored experiences are the name of the game and fundamentals for a superior customer experience. I’m also a decisive leader who makes data-informed decisions that are rooted in storytelling that promote emotional connections to brands and their mission.
Forever curious and full of questions, I seek out what makes my targeted audience tick and their pain points. Digital marketing is constantly evolving, but knowing as much about external forces as I do internal processes helps me make connections to deliver content where, when, and how people want it in the most efficient way possible.
I’m motivated by mentoring and inspiring teams of talented colleagues, removing obstacles, collaborating to come up with innovative and effective campaigns and solutions, and having fun along the way.
With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and communications within Higher Education and B2B combined I’m extremely fortunate to have a career doing something I love, and I get to work with amazing people who are as diverse as they are talented.
